Horziez- have you ever heard of Russian Roulette? An AMAZING Arabian jumper who jumps 5 ft + well? I suggest you pick up an Arabian magazine and look at it. You might be AMAZED at what you'll find.

So.. Arabs can't do many things just because they have
"Breed: Arabian"
on their papers?? Geeze...

So does this not count as dressage and eveting?

I'm sorry, but there's no logic in what you're saying.

Certain types of Arabs can't excel in Dressage, that is true. Those that have high, flat croups do not have (in general, people ) do not have the ability to really sit the hind and down and engage like is required for upper levels.

But, if an Arab (or cross) is of the type (regardless of his breeding), that is athletic and "sporthorse", then he will by default have a body type that can do very well in upper movements of dressage. And stadium jumping and cross country.

Ok, so tell me, where in the world does it say you cannot use an Arab for higher levels of dressage?

I like my 100% quarter and paint horses. Nothing else. No crosses, just quarter and paint through and through. Not even Apendixs (although I have a quarter than has thoroughbred in him, goes back to three bars)
