Your Voice: How Loud..Or Quiet?

I got this idea from another thread, but I was jw.. where your voice range is! Don't go by your own judgement, please, but by the majority of what people tell you!

I think it would be soo weird to compare it to how loud/quiet we think someone speaks..

~Elia~

When I first met one of my friends parents, she told me that by what her daughter told her, she thought I was really loud, obnoxious(in a good way), crazy, hyper, etc etc, and then when we were walking together, she said, "... But you're totally the opposite of what I expected you to be. You're so calm.. and quiet.." LoL

Me, too! Only, one difference. A lot of my friends tell me it is impossible for anyone to speak quieter than I do. People get mad at me b/cs they've never heard me yell..it's soo funny..

My family just laughs at them and tells them they don't know what they are talking about, but hey. I'm really shy at school (well when i'm in class anyway)....lol. I only talk to the people around me, but somehow I still know everyone. I just can't yell across the room/talk to someone further than a seat away, though.. but then again, we aren't even allowed to, so maybe I burned that in my memory from Grade 1...

I guess it realy depends, when i'm with adults, or i'm just meeting someone for the first time, i speak calmly and quietly, but when i'm with my friends, i speak fast, loud and well lets just say i can be a tad hyper!! but never obnoxious, or impolite!!

I must speak very low because I have to repeat myself A LOT. It's not even because I'm uncomfortable or shy or anything. I'm like this with my parents and best friend, I guess I just talk lower than I think. I can hear me, so I don't understand why they can't.
