I really have no horse related fears that have to do with me.

My fear is my kids getting hurt around horses. Funny how kids change us.

mine isnt about me..its about my horse:
Mine is being out on the trail, and my horse being scared and me falling off..and my horse running off and getting hurt somewhere.

And I was luck I was riding english in my old saddle...

Ohhh... Another fear.. riding near any type of wire fences.. I have seen someone get thrown and somewhat drug against a fence(smal square wire fencing).. ouch!! tore his shirt off.

Mine has always been: Going out on a trail ride-getting thrown/fall off and having the horse run off and get hit by a car. My mare went overbackwards on me acouple of years ago and I was thrown clear- but in my rush to grab her reins before she could take off(we were near a highway) she wasn't completely standing yet and I dragged her back on top of me. My own fault, but for some reason I always think of my horses saftey before mine and I really shouldn't. I'm gonna get hurt bad one day...

Having a horse bolt unexpectedly towards the gate and suddenly stop, flinging me off their back and over the gate onto the hard concrete.. -shudders-.. Also, falling off and then being stepped on...(the stomach, ribs, etc)

Those are my fears, too.
