Cassie I said I was "in" a kayak!!! lol It doesnt really count cuz I was at a party with my friends (one of them has a cottage on the lake) and got in but someone was holding it, I didnt leave! lol I KNOW I would flip it SO fast! Haha!

And yea, I was born with superventricular heart arrhythmia which would like make it beat around 230 bpm sometimes. It was really annoying, so a few years back I had surgery to fix it.

I guess the biggest achievement is the internation gold I won in Synchro swimming.

My greatest accomplishments (I have two) In a marriage for 40 years, staying with it even through the tough times, and there were many. My second is raising my son which was not an easy task as any parent will attest to. He is a sensitive, caring, giving and indepentent person. As I had poor role models and for the most part did not have a clue but followed gut instincts. Any parent will tell you, that is a major accomplishment.
