I don't know about New Zealand dollars, so I can't tell you that. A 15-16hh horse can get by on 1/2 acre of paddock or a stall if you exercise him every day. As far as wormer, I rotate with three drugs, ivermectin (Zimectrin), Fenbendazole (SafeGuard), and pyrantel pamoate (Strongid C or Exodus). I worm every six weeks.

How much land you need depends on how much you exercise them and how much hay you feed. Our horses stay in stalls, but are ridden every day and we feed a lot of hay.

I worm every 30 days and rotate Quest, equimax, and ivermectrin.

Almost all of those questions are way too general.

Actually you need to rotate wormers to cover everything.

Well there're so many questions in one post that it's sort impossible to put it anywhere.

You don't have to rotate dewormers if you use Quest, Quest Plus, or Ivermectin with Botacides.

They get almost everything except tapes. Then you throw in the tapes. Though I think Quest Plus gets Tapes as well.

Zimectrin Gold gets most all as well.

Every 6-8 wks, depending on weather conditions and worming infestations in your area. Some go as low as 4 weeks in high infestations and hard keepers.
