yellow/clear mucus?

My mare is just about 9 months pregnant and today I noticed that she had a yellow and clear mucus coming out of her v-jayjay.
I call the vet about everything and always think I have to rush to the emergency soo I wanted to get your opinion on what you think it is and if you think it is serious, thanks.
Also it isn't alot, maybe a small handful

I've heard of it happening quite a bit and I've never heard it to be a problem. Could you call the vet and ask?

Could be a placenta infection. You still have 3 months or so left for it to be the mucus plug. I would take her temp. How's her pee?
