YAY, I bought a new horse!

yes! this will be my 5th horse now,tehe. He is an APHA(registered) yearling Stud Colt, who will be kept a stud for our breeding program. We are SO EXCITED for this guy to help us out. he's an absolute angel, at the moment he goes to pasture during the day time with 2 yearling stud colts, but they are major bullies. they chase him constantly while trying to kick him, and they will bite and grab his neck trying to pull him to the ground(this is at the barn he is at right now, he's not at my house yet!). he won't even kick out at them, he's just not aggressive at ALL!! and yes, he HAS dropped

lol. We had him vet checked and he's great! We're picking him up today at 2pm. it's 3am right now, and I'm only up as my cat had a litter of 6 kittens 3 days ago and one of the kittens is in critical condition, might lose him

. I have to bottle feed him every few hours, so this will be a sleepless night for me

. I will definitely take pictures today, and I will make sure to post them, weee I am so excited for his arrival!

OOPS! I totally forgot to mention his name, haha. His registered name is Cruisin Undercover..and his barn name is Cruiser! lol, he has awesome lines, his 7th generation lines actually goes back to TB's also, including the well known Man O War. my mouth dropped when I saw that one hah! how COOL! I own a horse with Man O War in him!!!!!!!!!! hehe I also own his half sister, Peaches. They both have the same dad-Stings Theme aka Rocky. I love rocky, he's such a sweetie!

I should have them up in a few hours. and, I have sad news. The kitten that was in critical condition last night, passed away at 6:30am this morning. He passed away in my arms with my cuddling im and kissing him. Needless to say, I got overly attached when i stayed up all night long feeding him every few hours, cuddling him to keep him warm and watching his little body on my chest rising and falling with my breath while he was sleeping. I tried not to, but I couldnt help it. I have spent most of the morning crying my eyes out and mourning. poor guy,..R.I.P

thanks everyone! sorry about the delay with pictures, I tried taking shots of him last night on my own, but couldnt get the distance right, they all turned out bad

I will be taking some pictures of him tomorrow morning in the arena, then I can finally get those pictures up! he is registered as a Sorrel & White, which he definitely was when he was born(yes, I've known him since the day he was born)..but now he seems to be more of a dun & white then a sorrel & white! he has more of a "gold" in his coat then a red..hmm might change that

WOW I know guys, how long CAN it take someone to get pictures?!?!?!? LOL! well here they FINALLY are!!!!! we changed his registered name from Cruisin' Undercover to Heza True Straw. heheh

his barn name is still Cruiser though!! gosh, I sure do love him, he's become even more sweeter! he will be 2 in feb. and he dropped a long while back but he still acts like a gentleman, SO GOOD!!!! k! heres my boy;

WOW I JUST LOVE HIM!!! lol. you can totally see his sweet eyes in the last picture, he's a real lovey boy too

he has a nice winter coat on right now, but he is actually a dun & white lol! oh and the near-black coated horse in a few of the picture with him is his true half-sister, peaches(same sire)!!! in the last picture the horse standing by the gate is my APHA mare Sassy.

oh, and he is built like a brick shizzle(lmao) house in person!!!!!!!!! and he isnt even worked!!!! he is turned out, but NOT lunged(dont wanna risk hurting those baby bones!!!), it is CRAZY you would think he got 45min of hard hard hard lunging every day haha
