If that's what you call a 'stallion attitude' then my mare must have one. That has nothing to do with being a stud and the behavior is more commonly seen in mares. It certainly wouldn't have anything to do with being cut late.

I too like the attitudes of geldings that have been gelded late in life...but for different reason. I LOVE the way stallions carry themselves, so proud and strong. I would LOVE it if a gelding would keep that as 2 of ours have...it's neat.

My 23 year old gelding was intact until he was 4 years. He's very proud and just fun to watch. We also have a four year old gelding that was a stud until he was two, and he's the same way. Very proud and sure of himself.

lol..yes well I only like him because in just not one for the "proper" arab look..lol..I took those pics! im horrible..darn guy wont look pretty long enough!thanx for your honesty guys!
We have been telling Christa he would be WAY better gelded..but she thinks she will losse 10,000 bucks if she cuts him! he aint worth ANYWHERE NEAR that much! maybe 2500.... o and whoever asked..hes only 2 (3 this spring) He actually is gorgeous to watch, he would be an awesome racer (like his dad) and would actually make a pretty good reiner... but he hasnt had much training, he hasnt been backed yet.. anyways..thanx for the honesty..and shell, he is a pretty guy, i will admit! same with the guy you posted arabkid..but nothing i would drool over..well arabs just aint my th8ing..though i would have my favorite breed if it werent for the arab!

I have known several people who had studs that had few or no foals. There was no money comming in, only going out! Fencing, vet costs from injuries trying to get out, and even tons of extra food because the stallions worry them selves thin.

I'm with Shell on this one. I was kind of surprised when I saw he was a stallion to, he is a pretty horse, but would make someone a very sweet gelding. I love his color though I love chestnuts!

But I do also LOVE that stallion additude, my gelding wasnt gelded till he was 9 and he still asks like a stallion I love it!!! LOL

Nice stallions Shell!!

I like him because he doesnt have so much of the arab look to him, I think its creepy how the make them stretch their neck*chills*I would probaly feed an arab to death if I owned one I think they look so hungry all the time, but I like the one ^^^ there he's nice and full looking, I know Im stupid when it comes to arabs, but I do like to ride them, they are the best to ride on the beach!!!
