I am not wanting to sound synical and negative, but on the topic of race horses, insurance money, extremely wealthy owners, etc.... I don't see that Breyer would have to donate money to such a fund. I think it is super of them, but wouldn't there be an immense amount of money floating around now that Barbaro was put down?
