There is not proof that HYPP started with Three Bars and there are hundreds of Three Bars horses who DO not carry the Impressive line that are NOT HYPP positive. Just because Three Bars is in Impressive's pedigree three times does not make Three Bars a carrier of HYPP. And In fact to date NO Thoroughbreds have been diagnosed with HYPP, only Stock horses, QH, Paint or Appaloosa who trace to Impressive. Impressive so far is the only DOCUMENTED start/beginings of HYPP.
