With chrome??????

What exactly does it mean when they say ----- colored horse with chrome?

"Chrome" is usually white markings. Like a chestnut with high white stockings has "chrome".

Paints are usually called "Quarter horses with Chrome" because of their white markings.

Chrome is white, preferably lots of it, stockings, blaze. Natural bling.

Usually only used by those riding western. You don't hear it much from the english perspective, especially not those selling dressage mounts.
