Scrub the areas with Bedadine and pick the scabs off (as gross as it sounds you have to get the scabs off for it to heal). The scabs should be softer after scrubbing. Rinse off the Bedadine really well! Then you can put on Furacin after the scabs are off. Do this every day and keep doing it for a few days even after you think its all gone

is u have a tack shop near buy then u should go there and get some anti-fungal shampoo like equess and micro-tek. Try to make sure horses legs stay dry dont let them go out when its raining. and when u wash their legs towel dry them so that u cant tell they were ever washed. and CURRY!! CURRY CURRY! and thats about all u can do!

My vet always suggests lysterine for skin fungus.. at first I thought he was crazy, but it's cheap and it works wonderfully.. spray it on two-three times a day and it kills fungus very quickly.

Who knew listerine had so many uses, lol Horse Nut. I heard someone say that in my barn. I also know it works for humans who feel like they are getting a sore throat. Supposedly you are supposed to gargle with it 3x a day.

I use Pro Tect shampoo as a preventative when I am at shows or schooling in "questionable" footing. I like to prevent getting fungus before I actually have to treat and get rid of it.
