I am looking for someone that has experience, their own clippers and a kind hand to come body clip my girls for show. I completely killed my clippers when I had to shave down my rescue mare. I am located in LeRoy Michigan and will pay out right or am willing to barter. In fact you could even earn yourself a foal if you are interested in doing more work and showing!! If anyone would be interested please PM me or post here. Again experience is a MUST, these girls need to look sharp. Thanks! KIM

hey do you show AMHR or just local shows?? Im gonna be at the Mid Michigan magic in Ionia and I will be at the ones in Midland too

To bad I dont live closer, I would be happy to do it. Talk about a h ell of a comute and the chunk O change for gas. :P

I'm sure if you can't find someone here you can find someone closer to you to do it. Put up a flyer at some local showgrounds-whereever there's show horses there's people who are handy with clippers! You could also try your local tackshop.

Well to be honest I dont know yet . I've had a hard time finding shows really and I've checked saddleup mag. as well. This is my first year owning/showing and I dont know the area or local ppl very well so finding any info has been a royal pain!

Do those shows have ad's somewhere I could look to get details? I'll be showing AMHA if I can find any, wasnt sure if I could show AMHR with a mare that is only reg with AMHR?? Yep..I'm as green as they come with this breed. I read all I could read on owning and caring for them, how to show them ect, but there is never an easy link to finding shows.

I'm pretty nervous but very very excited so I truly hope someone is willing to get my girl clipped before the shows start. I hate taking a freshly clipped horse to shows..lol
