LOL just a caution on the cornstarch or french white grooming chalk, which is also used... of course the horse has to be perfectly dry to use it, but don't overdo it... and make sure not to apply it before putting hoof polish on! I saw a cute little gelding with four white socks, bright white socks, and shiny black hooves speckled with white from the chalk! Hahaha!

if you use Dog whitening shampoo on white spots its alot cheaper and it works on my mare and she is all white except for a few grey blotches. For the Sorrel I use a special reddening shampoo that u should be able to get at any well stocked tack store
