| Senior Member | Which set of clippers???
Ok I have a pair of the Wahl Pro Series clippers and have loved them. They still work but there is something rattling around inside there so I know their days are numbered. They have also put in more than their fair share of clipping time! I wanna stay with Wahl, so do I go with another set or the Pro Series or do I upgrade to the Arco set? Mainly just used for bridle paths, whiskers, fetlocks, trimming around booboo's and an occasional trace clip. Opinions/comments?? |

The Arco would be a better investment in the long run. I have borrowed a friend's pair of Arco to use and liked them a lot. I happen to have the other clippers the Pro series but I only use them to trim the head (ears, bridle path, jaw/chin and whiskers). I don't think they are powerful or would stay charged long enough to trim the legs and the head (unless you recharge them between clipping different parts).
