Saddle seat (saddleseat) cutbacks, in no particular order:
Whitman, now doing business as Norman
Crosby
Blue Ribbon
Barnsby, although they only make the Shively 2000 and MMX now
Smith Worthington
L&R Lovatt & Ricketts
Fieldcrest, for a lower priced saddle that's still decent sold by Bedford Tack (online)
Windsor, sold by Hartmeyer's
Norman, L&R, and Smith Worthington will all custome make a saddle for a hard to fit horse.
EDIT: Joseph Sterling, sold by sstack.com and probably made by Barnsby

Some other older British brands that might not be made anymore:
G. T. Palmer / Palaton
Moritz
Crump
Barnsby and Barnsby LaCroix models
Joseph Sterling in bridle leather
Zamada (Argentina) - smooth leather that's like Amiercan skirting leather
Stalker-Nafey (they were an importer, not manufacturer)
Campbell - Whitman imported from England then later made in USA Whitman factory
Coventry - Whitman imported from England then later made in USA Whitman factory
Whippy
Triumph, later Antill

I've never tried an Intec (Argentina).

I hate these, mostly b/c they are low-level imports with weak trees:
Simco
Big Horn
Borelli / Cortina
Rossi Caruso, or at least their cutback saddles
Granada
anything from India or Pakakistan
anything that's sellling for under $200 new

In a perfect world(meaning if the saddle fitted my horse correctly) a Keiffer is my saddle of choice.
