My first instinct was hind as well--but his socks so catch your attention.

On looking at the video of his normal gait, it looks like his left front hoof is sore.

It was just funny because it is an uncommonly used word these days, though technically it is not incorrect. In some connotations it can mean rubbish or garbage.

I wish I could afford highspeed internet. Dial up is such a pain when trying to look at videos. Takes 20 minutes to load 59 seconds worth of video. GRRRrrrrrrrrrrrrrr Then when the video is running it hitches and catches and pixelates and what a pain. I was able to enlargen the video but it was still blurry and I went directly to You Tube to see if I can get a larger pic and I was able.
So I went further and enlargened the video again, still blurry but at least I was able to see a video larger than 3x3 block to a 5x7 block.
When the video ran on You Tube there was not the hitch I was seeing in the first few times I watched the video on HGS. I watched it 5 different times and could not see the hitch/lag in the hind right I was seeing the first time I was able to watch the video. I could have been a hitch in the video due to being dial up and being rather pixelated.
Now the Right front does seem to have lost its animation compaired to the second video and compaired to the left and seems to be a tad short strided. However I am not quite sure. I'm going to go to the library and watch the videos there. They have high speed internet there and watching videos there is great.

I'm voting left front. The way that he steps on in at :15ish, :30ish and his canter transitions I feel like I see him come down on it and leave quickly. It gives him sort of a skipping stride.... Though it throws me off because sometimes he seems like he takes a 'harder' step with that leg. And ocasionally it seems like he lifeted his head when the outside leg hit the ground. This may indicate that both front legs are actually bothering him... But it could just be the video...
