He looks to be pushing NOT being a foundation QH. He has a lot of TB characteristics that are taking over. Are they SURE the horse is foundation? Many un-informed people will see LEO or KING or any of the other 'foundation' horses in the line and automatically call their horse foundation. But forget the one line just below that that removes the title "foundation" from that horse.
