What would you change

I would make it so you had to have a license to own a horse...that way it would cut down on alot of the uncompetant horse owners and stupid things done to them.

You would have to study (for free of course

) so you knew how to feed, groom, vaccinate, first aid, fit tack, paddock and worm management, understanding horses etc etc

That the cost of boarding wasn't so expensive!

no more abuse and the same as cavlier. That there would have to be a license to own a horse. But , i would have the course cost money. So only people who REALLY wanted it, would take it .
