Congrats on losing 170. From experience I can tell that's not easy. If you've done that taking off that 50 should be no problem. Keeping the pounds off, however, can be more difficult (as I'm sure your know). Takes 3-Ds (Determination, Dedication, Discipline). Keep at it. Good luck!

OMG ....I have no idea how I missed you lost 170 pounds!

Thats so outstanding!!!! It always packs on easier then if comes off, dont take away from what you have accomplished, man I am so proud of you...and completely jealous, but I struggle with my weight all the time & hats off Girl...
