What would be a good size horse?

After seeing these pictures I got back on the diet. I have lost 170 pounds over the 5 years and gained back 50 the past year as well so I need to get that 50 off and I should be good at 150. I hadn't realized how much that really is until seeing these pics.

Congrats on losing 170. From experience I can tell that's not easy. If you've done that taking off that 50 should be no problem. Keeping the pounds off, however, can be more difficult (as I'm sure your know). Takes 3-Ds (Determination, Dedication, Discipline). Keep at it. Good luck!

Thats so outstanding!!!! It always packs on easier then if comes off, dont take away from what you have accomplished, man I am so proud of you...and completely jealous, but I struggle with my weight all the time & hats off Girl...
