horseloverz.com always has a lot of good deals. I hear smartpack only charges 7$ for shipping no matter what you order.  CountrySupply also has free shipping if you order over 50$ worth I believe too...

IMO, SmartPak is best, because of the $6.95 shipping no matter what, as HJ said

Find something you like on a typical tack site, and hit Ebay! I just bought a really nice Impact Gel western pad that retails for $139 on Schneiders plus the cost of shipping, but I went on Ebay and got a thicker one (1/2" v. 3/4") for exactly the same price, but shipping was free. It's not one of those huge deals, but saving $10-$15 here or there makes a difference.

VTO Saddlery has cheap shipping. I think it's $5.95, for priority mail on most orders. They have good prices, too. Horse.com has free shipping on orders over $50.
