What type of Stud?

What type of stud would you choose for Ruby? She's an Appendix QH. TB is out of the question, I don't want a high strung and hot horse. I want a Calm horse. Ruby is unregistered

Not all thoroughbreds are hot and fiery. The way I see it, I'd breed her to a quarter stud to get an almost pure quarter baby out of her. Depending on what you want to do though, you may choose not to. As far as breed goes, to get the best possible baby out of her with the most pure lines, I'd go quarter.

so you want to breed the foal for western, correct? I like your mare a lot by the way. I'd breed her to a QH or a Paint, I don't know too much about breeding (so someone correct me if this would be a bad match), but what about a morgan stud? I absolutley love morgans.
