what to know?

I have a loooooong time to study the breeding facts and i have a lot of people at the barn and at my dads work that could help me. See when i get out of the house i want to buy a big place with a lot of land for a stallion paddock and a mare and gelding paddock. I also want a mare barn and a stallion barn. See I want to breed POA's. And i have quite a while to study up on this so i need some sites recomended books or any information at all that you guys could give me. Because this has been a life long dream of mine. To someday get a Black Poa stallion and breed him with my mare which is a blue roan. I know they would make sweet babies because she is the sweetest and spunkiest little mare i have ever come across. So any info you guys could give me would be great. THAAAAAAANKS.

well, read read and more reading

Type in horse breeding or equine breeding in your search bar adn just read all you can get ahold of, also, I would reccomend going and getting a job at a breeding farm, you will really learn a lot at one, most of what you can learn about breeding comes from hands on experience, not just reading about it

reading will give you a head start though..

. I would like to but for one thing i would have to volunteer because im underage but that wouldnt be a problem. But the problem is there isnt one around here.
