Question What size tree is my saddle?

Ok so about three years ago I went out and bought this nice $1000 Circle Y saddle for my horse that was having problems saddling. Well we went to our tack store and got a saddle. We could try it out and bring it back in three days if it didn't work. The first one we tried had full QH bars, but it was a bit too big for Icy. Then we took it back and told her it was a little too big and she said that the next size down was 3/4 quarterhorse bars. Has anyone ever heard of this? At the time I didn't notice cause I didn't know any better. Now I'm wondering what size it really is?

I would assume semi, but I don't really know for a fact. What does the gullet measure out to be?

How do you measure the gullet? I have heard of a couple of different ways, but what is the correct way?
