Post what should i do..get another horse?

ok. We are going to build a run-in this summer to have honey in until we can build a barn. We will bring her to our house this fall. Now should i foster a horse from the shelter that is going to live the rest of its life there and cant be adopted, or lease a horse? Ive never leased a horse...any tips?

i am sorta leaning towards the leasing cuz even though it may sound bad im pretty picky about horses and i can get a horse i rather have with leasing. And then if i like it i might have the option of buying it.

i think you should foster but thats just me. if you really wanna lease then you should and sponsering isnt really that much money (well here at Horses Haven it isnt) so maybe you could do both?

if you just want a companion i would look for an older horse, maybe something thats only pasture sound? because i know alot of ppl need homes for those kinds of horses.

yea..

i may just go with a companion but i would prefer something that knows english and that i could train dressage just for the fact that there is a pretty good chance we would buy it if we got along.

its ok if the horse has some manner issues...i love working with horses on ground manners. And id say i am an intermediate rider
