I didn't vote because I use both nylon ones and a rope halter. Since I can't choose two options, I didn't vote.

I voted other bc its a nylon halter/ leather crown combination. Personally I would consider that combo a 'nylon halter' but much Preferable to a solid nylon halter.

I use Nylon halters AND rope halters

Leather ones are a little high maintenance and expensive. But beautiful and I would like to have one sometime.

-nylon for regular usage
-rope for ground training
-leather for special occasions (i.e. showing)
