What kind of halter do you use?

I use a beautiful padded leather one- my cheap nylon one left with my last horse and I was too lazy to buy another!

Rope halter. It's the only thing I like to use.

Though, when I'm at shows I do use our nice leather halter.

For just general purposes, leading around the barn, tacking up, etc, I use a padded nylon with a breakaway loop. I also use it for trailering.

For any groundwork purposes, I use a rope halter.

I prefer leather and have leather halters for all of mine, however I do end up using nylon (with or w/out leather crown depending on activity) quite often.

I have all three!

I have three nylon, three leather, and one rope. The rope halter I used with my old horse and it doesn't really fit my new pony so I don't use it anymore. My leather halters were also for my old horse and don't fit, so that leaves the three nylon. And I only use one of those haha. But I'm saving the others for when I get another horse

I voted nylon since I really only use my nylon halter.

For the barn and stuff i use a nylon, and for shipping i eather use a leather or a break away halter.
