What is Velvet worth?

Someone made me an offer on my good girl, Velvet. I said she was not for sale, but want to know what she might be actually worth? Will you help me out with this? I don't have any current confo pictures of her. The one here is from when she was 4.

1994 Black Arabian mare

Reg. name is Telasecret

14.3hh

UC Davis tested Homozygous black

Sire is Telaviv (Teliesin to *Fortel, Fadjur and to *Witez II)

Dam is Silken Fantasy (Ariston to *Bask and Witez II also)

Her double Witez II makes her elegable for the Witez II preservation society.

She is a great trail horse and has never been shown.

She has 2 foals, both black and both blue ribbon winners in halter as well as gold medals for best movement. I am sure if I showed them more they would be more accomplished.

I don't know anything about Arab lines. However, as a pleasure horse, I'd say $2k would be a good price.

This is a really nice looking Arab for sale up here. This is like, medium dressage material, and they only want $3500 and he's been for sale for a long time:

i would say $3-4000 IF she was totally kid safe...

Minnie, The only "Totally Safe" horse is a dead horse!

I would say $3500, my guess is they offered you $1500. She is a very nice mare, I like her.

She is not a kids horse at all. She is an intermediate horse, I would think.
