What is that rug called???

Hi now this is another thread about rugs for my older fully grown TB. Because I am at work all day I can't change his rugs if it gets cold or if it gets hot. What is that rug called that no matter how hot or how cold they are comfortable wearing it all day if you know wht I mean. As I sit at work worrying about him.

NewZealand??? But those are more for the rain and stuff..... um a simple rainsheet. not to hot, keeps them dry but will also keep them warm.

New Zealand rugs r the best!! they keep them warm and dry in winter.

it is basically to keep them dry during the day if it might shower
