My grooming box currently contains:

rubber curry
metal curry
plastic comb
body brush
face brush
hoof pick (with bristles)
corona (my boy gets picked on a lot)
swat (probably could put it away for the winter)
a sample bottle of cocosoya oil (for no good reason)
slick 'n easy grooming block
rubber grooming mitt (also useful for bathing to really work the shampoo in)

Annnnnd I think that's it. Though I did just also get a bottle of cowboy magic green spot remover to use on my mostly-white boy in the event we go somewhere he needs to actually look like he got a bath (since it's too cold for a real bath).

Ooo - I forgot my "feather care kit" ...those with feathered horses will appreciate.

MTG... to fight off scratches and all things microscopic.

Lysterine... seriously. Put into a little spray bottle for spraying the feather, not only will they smell minty fresh, it will also ward off evil bugs. Mint & MTG... Mmmm

A little tube each of athletes foot cream, hydrocortisone cream, and a triple antibiotic cream (the whole combo probably costs a couple bucks total) - use for treating scratches... applying a dab of each or premixing it in another container. (thanks to my Gypsy horse forum friends )

I use Eqyss Microtech on my feathered friend the MINUTE I see scurfyness.

I'm de-feathering my guy for for the winter tomorrow though. Our mud is way too awful this year.
