    What is a "Husband Horse"

In my searches for a horse lately, I have seen a few labeled or described as a "husband horse". What does that mean really?

Safe enough to put your husband on... Well broke in other words, sane, usually is a good trail horse...

    It's a Hubby Horse!

Yeah, i've heard of that. It means that the horse is safe for your husband (if your hubby doesn't ride, and doesn't know much about horses, that horse would be ok for him.) Just like Arabians4ME said.

Hmmm.....a "husband" horse for mine would be something that likes to GO GO GO GO GO and doesn't need any "conditioning" to keep sound.

Dreamhorse cracks me up, you can actually set "husband safe horse" as a criteria! ROTFL.

    Here's how I interpret it.

A kid safe horse is a horse that can handle a total beginner who is learning to ride.

A husband safe horse is a horse that can handle a total beginner who thinks they're so good they don't need to learn.
