What else is everyone interested in?

Other than horses.... I really like playing the alto saxophone, although sometimes I get quite tired of practicing. I also play the piano and am pretty crazy about the Old West and Billy the Kid. My English teacher must think I'm a bit weird, as I wrote an argumentative essay about Billy vs Brushy.

OOO..what colleges are you looking at? Just curious, as my sister is a senior and she's in the application process.

Highland Bagpipes...I don't play as much as I used to. Since we moved here, the higher altitude makes the pipes sound kind of thin and higher pitched. It's hard to get them to tune properly...

Shooting - I shot with the Navy's pistol team on active duty, and recently found there's a SASS (Single Action Shooting Society) group that meets about 2 miles from my house, so I'll be going down there on my way to...

Walk in Circles Ranch - the local horse rescue where my wife and I volunteer. We do 3-4 hours a week. This coming weekend will be our first after "promotion" to trainers and exercise riders - we're pretty excited!

Our own horses - 3 Morgans, one Mustang. Ground work for all, and riding for two...

Kids! Teenage daughters and their activities...

Greyhound rescue - we have two, and work with local groups...

Work! Safety Manager for Gas and Electric Operations for a utility company. Seven employees, covering all of NM and Texas. Tons of travel, work odd hours, off at odd times. Great job! I love it!

What else...I've been known to sleep occasionally, enjoy a good cigar, a good single malt scotch...life is berry berry good!

Hmm. I used to dance, gave it up for my horses. I am thinking about picking it up again. I am a cheerleader. I used to be a Junior Denver Bronco Cheerleader (for the Broncos, lol). I breed my Miniature Dachshunds. Hmm, I think that is it!
