Very nice horse! I like your name "RackOn" too it's very cute.
I was thinking of training my horse to park out too. I would appreciate it if you could tell me how to go about doing it. Like what cues do you give. etc.

Thankyou all so much! im so glad you like him!! Harli, what breed is your horse? Im not sure how to train them to parkout but i know how to make them do it.. I pull my horses head forward with the regns, and give a slight tug and then tap his shoulder with my whip, or finger and say "Park up!" or "up!" and he does it..and like i said im not sure how they are trained to do that. frown

He is breathtaking! He looks like he has a metalic sheen to his fur. He's really cute, and looks truly kind, unlike some saddle breds i've seen who look truly crazy.

Hey RackOn I own a Morgan and I work with several Morgans but the owners don't do saddleseat. They do competitive driving, which is very similar to endurance riding. The only difference is your driving the horse and it's not a race. SO they never teach their horses to park out. I just thought it would be a nice rainy day training thing to to. Now that I know the cue I could work on it. Thanks!
