I have no idea what she'll be asking for her. We have a horse trader/seller that's coming out to tell us what the horses are worth to sell. I do have an ad in classifieds and some on other horse selling sites. No hits yet. I think this mare is going to go for very low as she's an unbroke 11 year old mare. It's a pitty. She's not a bad looking mare and could be a flashy one to ride. Here is Tuffy and Dijon side by side for comparisons of different buckskins

p.s.. app mare broke??

Sadly no. We've got her started and she does fine with the saddle and some bellying up, but that's as far as we've gotten. We just don't have enough time.

I am not sure I understand your question. None that I know of if I am reading it correctly. The thing with a palomino dun is you have a choice of picking palomino or red dun. I will always pick red dun because you can test for the cream and up until a bit ago you could not test for dun.

No, my point is that way back when that "palomino" was registered, they didn't have a test for cream then either. What is the likelihood that a red dun would have been misregistered as a palomino? As I said, she very well could have been a dunalino, but I seriously doubt she was a red dun. It's not like dun and buckskin where they look so much alike they were used interchangeably, there is a distinct difference between red dun and palomino most times.
