brown... Is there some sort of genetic diffrens between black and brown? isint it the same color just a light and dark versions?

There is a definite genetic difference. Black is E_ aa and brown is E_ A_.

She does have them... they just don't stop, they overtook her whole body. LOL!

I just wanted to point out that the eye color looks unusual to me. I'm wondering about smokey black.

ahh.. so the black horse has every single hair cole black?
wow.. now I feel like I dont know any thing its the con of only knowing one breed.. can you tell me how the color black is passed on (is there two color genes you need to mix like in a polamino or is it a bace color like sorrel and "black" or is it the brown one that is the "mixed" color ???
can you point out pics who show the differens?

I was just going to post this. The foal coat looks black, but the coat where she is shedding is an odd tone. So Im curious if there is any chance of smokey?
