Arrow What Breed is She?

This is my girl, Sierra Mist. I've had her for about a year. I really want to find out what breed she is. The previous owners told me she was possibly morgan. My vetrinarian said he thinks she might have some appy in her because of her spotting. What do you guys think?

Isn't she a cutie?

She's about 14.3, quite small for height, but she's very "horse-like" in her neck, stomach, and overall build.

I can't say what breed she is...but does she have a cresty neck? How often does the farrier come out. I think I see flaring on those front feet. Has she ever foundered?? Maybe it is just looks funny to me...

Skinfaxi, no, you are seeing it right. This is a picture I got from the previous owner, and her hooves weren't in the best shape. Her hooves are fine now though. No, she doesn't really have a cresty neck, the picture just looks like it.
