The spots are called flea bites - its a variation of grey. She could be a morgan or part bred morgan

Thats no welsh cob - at least not what a welsh cob SHOULD look like. A welsh section B pony maybe - but not a welsh cob.

yep thats a welsh cob (still not a very good one - they should have MUCH more bone than that but at least its recogniseable) - I think when you looked up welsh cob before you got a welsh pony instead.
