That looks like rain rot.

Are they like little crusty scab things? When you pick one off is there any pus under it?

Little sores most possibly due to urine... clean her up good with a Betadine wash, and apply some anti biotic cream.

Looks like rain rot to me, too!

It's been suggested to me (I've never had this problem...YET! ) to clean it gently with a rubber (NOT PLASTIC) curry comb to break the scabs up a little, and then, like tbtrainer said, Betadine wash followed by anit-biotics.

Good luck!

Looks like rain rot or cannon crud. Iow, a fungal skin infection (possibly mixed with some bacterial infection).

It can be treated through otc products aimed at this type of stuff. But you also need to discover and remove the underlying reason for it happening. (Poor immune system, unsanitary conditions, improper feed, etc...)

It could be scarring. It's hard to tell exactly what's happening in the photo.

Yeah I was gonna say...looks kinda like rain rot. Put some muck itch on it and see if it goes away? Though the more I look at it, the more it looks peculiar...
