Yay!! I've finished the pictures

Here are the XC jumps... the 3rd one is the one I got 1st refusal on. Before we got rolling, I guess. He almost stopped at the second but I didn't let him so it was good =) The one I didn't get a pic of...sigh was one of my faves. It was a BIG ramp that shot off the side of a hill!! So it was a dropped landing kinda. It was like flying!

http://s26.photobucket.com/albums/c1...20XC%20course/

There we go! The girl in the blue polo's my new friend Parham. She was insane :P Really a fun person...she was like super cocky and flamboyant asnd diva-like, but in a fun way...not an arrogant in any sense of the word :P

And here's the new story!!

Hrm Hrm. So. We got home to Mimi and Papa's house after cross country day, and after we got Feliche settled in and everything was taken care of...well I watched some of Braveheart...and then we went to Olive Garden for supper!! I just LOVE Olive Garden...it's super good :P So I got the apricot chicken as usual...if you like that sort of thing OMGAWD you should try it next time you're there! It's super fabulous. Ha. But seriously, it's one of the most delicious things ever. Oh and Papa got me a gelatto! It was scrumptious as well.

So then we get home...and I get to thinking, hey! Feliche worked really hard and deserves a special treat just as much as we did. So what can I do? ....Hmmm....hmmm....

I made him...(hehehe) A salad!! A very special salad, for a special horse. And what kind of salad was the very special salad? Why, a COB salad, of course!! Har-har-har. Sorry.

My masterpiece...

The salad was comprised of a bed of romaine lettuce with apples, carrots, and black olives dressed with apple sauce, topped with sugar cubes and garnished with bermuda grass. =D Mmm! Delicious.

The presentation...Equine Dining at its finest Nice little table, ambient lighting, lovely dinner ware, and a dress code. Monsieur Feliche was right at home.

He noses it rather questioningly...

He wasn't sure of the bowl, so I had to hand feed him. Tough customer. OOH that'd be a cool show name...*writes down*

Apparently, Monsieur doesn't care for the black olives...

After that he was cranky with me, and wouldn't eat my salad Even when I dumped it out on the table. I made a sad face and sniffled a little...and get this He started eating it!! By himself too....Haha!!

What a sweet guy =) He's like me though...doesn't like romaine or olives! Blegh.

The remains of the dessimated salad:

So there we have it =P Except ooh...remember the smoke that we saw on the way up? On the way back, we saw THIS for miles along the freeway *and in the medians! * Yipes!! Good thing it wasn't like that when we were passing through!

I guess that's all of it. =) Thanks so much for looking!!!

Thanks for sharing!! I love the salad. Wonderful presentation. Some ponies are just picky eaters, aren't they?

Bahaha...yes, he does tend to be rather picky!! It's so odd...Feliche just really doesn't like sugar so much! He won't take any sort of hard candy or sugary snacks. He didn't even want the applesauce coated baby carrots. What a silly boy! But I suppose he'll stay pretty healthy Haha!

Oh yeah...thanks! I thought I had. Eh.

EDD!! That's SO cool! I had a thread about a month ago saying I was gonna go...I'm so sorry I missed you! Emily had a couple friends there too, and she didn't even know! I guess it's really kind of a big show, isn't it? Everyone seems to know all about it! It makes me so happy that I got to be a part of it...and yep, that's the novice course! ;D Super cool. Maybe I'll go next time, and see you then! Cause man I sooo want to go back.
