we got a horsey yay! And we saved it from slaughter! so happy

Well yesturday we went to nickerson which sell horses for meat.My sister has been looking for a horse. Well there was a light chestnut appy and a family friend told us about her shes a mare, shes 5 yrs old, good feet never been lame. the lady who use to own her got her for 900 and found out she was pregnat. the horse was green broke and she hasnt been rode in about 2 years. The guy who sold her to the meat people wasnt looking for a saddle horse so he traded her for a draft horse. We bought her for 325 and shes coming up to the barn thursday or friday. she will be quarntined (sp?) for 2 weeks so nothing will be spreaded to other horses. shes a veryy pretty horse i dont usually like apps (no offence to the app lovers out there!) shes a solid light chestnut with a white blanket. she would have been killed today for dog food. im so glad we got her and i hope this is what my sister is looking for. thought i would share!!!!!

omg!! so i guess the plans on ur sister taking sunny for a bit are off? lol if soo thats ok! but im gonna see this horsen manwell!!!!!!!! but somin is wrong with sunny again! but yesterday when i checked up on him he wasdoing ok! thnk god! dont want nomore problems!! sorry im notin school today! yesterday i fell asleep n my mom sed i was wickedhotn then turned wicked n then wicked hott so she didnt want me going to school! i missed u yesteday lol!!!

yeha we wanted to get this horse and we knew sunny already has a good home and this horse was going to be turned in to dog food today. shes a lucklylittle horse!

lol yeah!!! now i guess we will sell him to barb n joe. he will be retired but i dk i just cant do all this right now!:-( n i cant be with my aunt anymore!!!!!!! n then the oter day i was bout ready to kick her in the stonach!!! ill tell you later!

I applaud you for saving her from becoming dog meat.

I dont' know how people can do that to such amazing animals as horses.

Keep us posted on her progress and post some pics so we can see this lucky horse!
