| Senior Member+ | Washing mare's teats? What should you use to wash in between a mare's teats? Kismet has nasty black gunky stuff there. I got some of it off with a baby wipe but I would like to get it all off. It can't be too comfortable having it there for her.

| Senior Member | baby shampoo works great...but you can also use baby oil. its can be used to clean teats and sheaths.

| Senior Member+ | I've always just washed with soap/water when giving a bath, or if it's really stuck on there--I'll take out the baby or mineral oil. Some mares don't like it, so just be careful.

| Senior Member | me too....only when it gets real bad though......I usually check my girls everytime I groom them and just wipe 'em out with a baby wipe or a washcloth and water....and that usually does the trick
