Wanted: Riding Helmet

Hi,
I am looking for a riding helmet, must have no cracks in good condition. Under $30 w/ shipping.

The only way you will know if the helmet is crack free is to have it xrayed and that is not an option for most people. You have no way of knowing if it is safe so best to bite the bullet and buy a new one. Your head is worth the investment.

I agree... You can buy a ASTM certified helmet for around $30.00 now.... they aren't pretty but they will offer you the protection you need. If you want to show, you will probably need to just splurge a bit and buy one suitable for the show ring. Good luck.

I was going to buy my friends helmet but that day i was sapposed to get it i heard about a girl who fell off and her helmet was broken (same one i was buying). And i thought about it how they said u cant see if its cracked or dented unless its obvious so i just bit the bullet and bought a new one to be safe. I also spent $190 on mine but u can get cheap ones from many tack shops
