Vent - can't get a call back!!!! Update - Got some calls back.

While we are horseless I thought that I would get some lessons for Chick so that she can get some saddle time.

I have called at least 6 barns in our area - only one of them called me back.

The one that I really want to ask their rates - I have called them three times!!!!

It totally burns me that lessons are a luxury item and we are in a slow economy - wouldn;t you think that they would be gagging for new customers.

I am so ticked off right now!!!!!

That is really irritating. One of my biggest pet peeves is when people waste your time by not getting back with you.

I hope they call you soon!

try email, look up their website if they have one.

or better yet, go to the facility and take to them in person

yeah, I've had similar problems..I also love it when you call about a job and they don't even try to contact you

Ok three of them finally called me back.

Tessa is booked in with a trainer for lessons. She is having private lessons - starting with 5 weeks. They are also renting me a horse so that I can ride along - at least this way I can get my butt into the saddle.

Starts tommorow night.

Oh and I have also booked myself, Chick and my niece on a trek on Cannock Chase which is where my parents live.
