Urgent Help Needed!!!!

Ok I hope you don’t mind me posting this here but I really need everyone’s help. so please help, it will only take a minute to save these horses.

Here’s what’s going on. Late last year a small group of horses were seized from their owners by the local authorities here (Lewis County , WV). These horses were not being fed/watered/and had no shelters. They were very lucky to be seized before the weather go really bad. The owners however said they loved their horses and they were healthy and refused to sign them over. The horses were taken and placed with a local horse rescue/adoption center until the court date was to come up. The rescue that took them in is Crossed Sabers Stables. Over the past 90 days the rescue has been feeding/having the vet out/trimming feet etc without being paid a dime. The horses came in underweight, dehydrated with rain rot and full of worms, and now have greatly improved with the love of the people at the rescue.
Now for the bad news. And this is what I need everyone’s help with. The case had its day if court a couple days ago and believe it or not the judge is going to dismiss charges and give the horses back to the original owners to be starved again. These owners have no job/do not even pay their bills/and have a history of starving their animals. I’m asking everyone to call and e-mail all the people that I am including in the list at the bottom of this post. If you don’t want to call please at least e-mail. It will only take a few minutes and it could help get these horses protected for the rest of their lives. I want the Judge’s phone to be ringing off the hook ! We can not let these poor horses get a taste of the good life only to be sent back to ****!

well the horses have gone back to the owners. they did leave the mare that was the worse with the rescue but she is not turned over to them yet and still might be taken away. they are having trouble finding a lawyer to take the case. its sad these horses probably wont make it through another year as these people have starved horses before. whats even worse is that there were people already wanting to adopt them and give them forever homes.

Why have those horses go back to that, I cringe at what they are going to go thru again.

That is so stupid! I really don't agree with the rulings of that judge...have these people seen this judge b4, or know her/him personally? That would be my guess...
Who, with a conscious, could allow those animals to go back to the owners that had abused them and had also done so in the past? Did the judge even look at their income and weigh the possibilities that they couldn't take care of these animals?! *sighs* I hate to see stupidity, especially when it has the possiblity of causing harm to an animal..
