Updated photos of my rescue horse!!

This is Leroy, he was skinny and mistreated when I got him, he's still a little stand-offish about people, and needs more weight, but I wanted to ask you guys if he looks to be in good enough shape to start working him to build his muscles up??

the first pics is when I got him a few months ago, all the rest were taken yesterday

He definately needs some more weight, but he looks so much more shiny and happy, good work! This horse is lucky to have you!

I agree with shotgun, he needs some more weight. He looks very happy to be with you and is very cute! I dont think sitting on him and walking him aroundp ossibly would hurt him, just ease your wa into it. But before you acutaly start working him, i would get some more ewight on him..thats just me!

But keep up the good work!

yeah he needs a lot more weight on him. i would do really light work outs with him to build up his muscle. i would do a lot of trotting in a roundpen or a lunge line. trotting helps build muscle.
