Here is a not so good pic of the new filly. She grew lots of legs in the past few weeks since I saw her last. My camera died on me(of course)before I could get one of her in action.

She has changed so much over the last little bit. Her legs go on for miles it seems. Thanks for the comments

Her mum was bred again here today. I will be fairly curious to see how she turns out.

nice looking filly. she is going threw a growth spurt. her rear is higher then her withers.

Thanks. Winter was harsh on her. I had twin girls this March and sent the last three months of my pregnancy in the hospital and than another 2wks in the NICU with preemies, one with a bummed ticker so the horses didnt receive the best of care. Ellie suffered the worst as the bigger guys kept her away from the feed plus the added yippee of a muscle wasting disorder. Hubby tried to keep her weight up by hand feeding and no competition when he hayed them but it was still hard on her. We are waiting to see what happens here over the 2weeks to see if we can bulk her up. Vet will decide when/what to test for at that time.

Hope everyone made it through the winter well
