Thanks Kristen, I love him very much and told the trainer in the very beginning that the horse is more important than any race. I want to keep my horse healthy and sound. He is xrayed after every race, he is given vitamins, including suppliments to counter arthritis. I imprinted him at birth and love him so much, he much more to me then a race horse, he is my baby, if that makes any sense.

That is so great he is xrayed after every race!! Props to you for being a VERY VERY over the top responsible racehorse owner. I see horses all the time with underlying issues (small tears in ligaments, suspensory issues, ringbone, bows, etc) and these trainers and owners just forget about these issues once they get back into racing and then wonder why they aren't racing to full potential ... they just run them into the ground and then get rid of them. I am excited to see how your boy does in his next race!!
