bottomline is folks, this method, as with ANY method, can be used correctly and used incorrectly..weather you agree with it or not.. Using a method "because you saw someone else do it" is the worst, most stupid thing you can do, IMO..each horse is an individual and we as riders should NEVER stop learning..
