two year old gelding

I have a gelding, he two and a half years old. he is a registerable quarter horse. He stands 15hh and weighs in at 953 pounds according to the weight and hieght tape. He has been 15hh for 6 months, and has weighed 953 pounds for four months. will he get taller???
