I was just thinking about this, but why are you supposed to go into two-point when the horse jumps? I go into 2 point, but I was just wondering why. Thanks

| Senior Member+ | It's also for your own good... if you try to sit flat in the saddle when the horse jumps, your either going to get jerked, or left behind. But, like Stars said, it takes pressure off of the horses back and allows them to use their hind-quarters better. -Bella
